I’ve sat in your seat. As a former founder, I know what it’s like to carry a vision no one else can see yet — the pressure, the uncertainty, the quiet question you rarely say out loud: am I enough for what I’m building?

That experience is why I do this work. For over 15 years, I’ve been in leadership development, and today I coach founders, builders and ambitious individuals as an ICF and CPCC certified coach. But my real credential is simpler: I’ve lived the weight I now help others carry.

What draws me isn’t the pitch deck or the title. It’s the human underneath. Because I’ve learned first as a founder, then across hundreds of coaching hours that what we build in the world is only ever as strong as the person building it.
